## Services and pricing

These are independent engagements, not mandatory sequential upgrades. All prices are AUD, excluding GST.
- **Starter — AUD 4,000:** fixed scope, 7–14 days. One workflow, one existing integration, prepared client data and one revision round. Acceptance criteria and payment terms are agreed before kickoff.
- **Build — AUD 7,500:** one scoped custom AI workflow with bespoke logic and agreed connections. AUD 3,750 deposit; AUD 3,750 balance only on meeting signed success criteria. Deposit refunded if those criteria are not met. Schedule and handover agreed before kickoff.
- **Plan — AUD 15K–35K:** prioritised opportunities, investment roadmap, architecture, responsible AI governance and working implementation. Direction AUD 15K, Alignment AUD 25K and Mandate AUD 35K match different scopes. Delivery dates are proposal-specific.

Model usage, hosting, messaging and third-party licences are identified separately from the project fee. Ownership, licences, account access, documentation, coaching and support scope are agreed in writing before work starts.

Neurological Care AI Platform (Healthtech, live in production).** A neurological care clinic where identifying disorder patterns from patients' brain-signal assessments was previously a manual process — taking hours, requiring senior clinicians for every case, and difficult to scale. SHIOQ built an AI platform that automates this end-to-end: assessment data → bilingual clinical insight generation → professional report rendering, with advanced disorder pattern analysis across 16 clinical conditions, all meeting HIPAA-grade privacy compliance. Outcomes: 68% AI cost reduction, 16x processing speedup, 60–75 second per-report generation time (down from hours of manual review), 100% report parsing reliability (improved from 75%), and a 9.5/10 independent cloud security score. Delivered concept to production in 8 weeks.

**2. Custom Culture-Fit Hiring Platform (HR Tech, live in production).** A people-and-culture firm where building a bespoke job-matching assessment for each client was previously a manual process — culture interviews, hand-crafted questions, custom scoring rubrics, and clinician-style write-ups for every candidate. SHIOQ built an end-to-end platform that turns company culture inputs into a fully customised assessment, scoring system, and individually tailored candidate profiles — fully automated from intake to delivery. Subsequent enhancements added zero-touch report generation, idempotent re-runs, and automated branded delivery. **3. Talking Avatar Kiosk (demonstration build).** A conversational AI avatar for kiosks and reception environments: a talking digital receptionist that greets visitors and answers common questions interactively, on screen and out loud. It answers from information the business supplies and directs visitors to staff when needed; it is a demonstration build, not a client deployment, and no client outcomes are claimed. **4. AI Front Desk Assistant (demonstration build).** A voice-and-messaging receptionist that answers enquiries in English by phone, WhatsApp and website chat, around the clock. It books appointments directly into the business's own calendar and hands the conversation over to staff when a human is needed.
