Practical AI. Clear scope.

What we can help you improve

Practical improvements.
Built around your work.

Start with a task that takes too much time, creates repeated work or slows down your customers. We assess the fit, agree the scope and build around your existing tools.

01 /

Customer enquiries & bookings

Help customers get answers and reach the right person.

Answer common questions, capture enquiry details and connect appointment requests to your existing process—with staff taking over when needed.

Examples: service FAQs · enquiry routing · booking assistance

02 /

Documents & reports

Spend less time copying, checking and formatting.

Extract agreed fields from documents and prepare structured report drafts. Keep review steps for missing information and outputs that need human judgement.

Examples: form extraction · report drafting · document classification

03 /

Internal knowledge assistants

Find useful answers in the information you already have.

Help staff search approved procedures, policies and product information, with source references and access matched to their permissions.

Examples: SOP search · staff FAQs · product knowledge

04 /

Connected business workflows

Move work between systems with less manual follow-up.

Connect forms, email, CRM and reporting so information moves through agreed steps. Use automation where rules are clear and AI where interpretation adds value.

Examples: lead capture · approval routing · scheduled reports

A few useful answers

Before we start.

Do we need to start with Starter?

No. Each service can be commissioned separately. Start with the engagement that matches your current needs.

How do Starter and Build differ?

The A$4,000 starter covers one workflow, one existing integration, prepared client data and one revision round, with acceptance criteria agreed before kickoff. More complex custom integration is available through the A$7,500 Build. For Build, the existing terms remain: A$3,750 deposit, A$3,750 balance only on meeting signed success criteria, and a deposit refund if those criteria are not met. Starter payment terms are agreed separately.

Can AI work with our existing systems?

We review your systems, data access and integration options during scoping, then agree what is feasible before building.

How is sensitive business data handled?

We agree data access, hosting, permissions and human review requirements as part of each project’s scope.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Bring one repetitive task, how your team handles it today and the result you want. A sample with sensitive information removed helps us understand the workflow.

Are subscriptions and running costs included?

Model usage, hosting, messaging and third-party licences depend on the solution. The proposal identifies these costs separately from the project fee.

Who owns the system and accounts?

Code ownership, licences, account access and handover responsibilities are agreed in writing before work starts. Third-party products remain subject to their own licence terms.

Will our team receive guidance?

We agree the walkthrough, documentation and coaching needed for your project. The aim is a workflow your team understands and can use confidently.
